Misha's Birthday Party - meet new relatives

Today Klara's son Misha celebrated his birthday. Not a lot to write about, but lots of nice photos.

First, Stopya and his daughter Karena outside the church. Stopya is married to Tanya Hoidra's daughter Olga. This would make Karena the Great-great-grand-daughter of my grandmother's sister.

Lots of food at the party:

Radishes, onions, peppers, tomatoes, salads

Vodka, cognac, wine, champagne, apple juice

Various cheeses

Pickled herring

Cheese filled lavazh bread

Stuffed mushrooms

Some sort of past balls

Roast pork

Spongy white bread, to be served and eaten with a mushroom gravy

Pastries for desert

The ever-present espresso
